It is breaking this moment that the Republican Healthcare bill is being pulled from the floor because it doesn’t have the votes. Previously Speaker Ryan and President Trump said this was the last chance because they wanted to move to other items in their agenda, such as tax reform. Whether the Republicans truly have the stomach to head towards another election without fulfilling their promise to “repeal and replace” Obamacare remains to be seen.
