Donald Trump Seeks “Termination” Of The Constitution.

Today, Donald Trump proposed terminating the United States Constitution to reinstate himself as President. His basis for this is a faux scandal. Elon Musk’s Twitter 2.0 released a history suggesting biased Twitter employees suppressed (on Twitter only of course) the Hunter Biden laptop story. It’s not a scandal because Twitter is free to be as biased as it wants. The National Enquirer directly colluded with the 2016 Trump Campaign to “catch and kill” the Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal sex payola scandals. Would Trump, would any MAGA, argue that would justify declaring Hillary Clinton the winner in 2016, ousting Trump, and instating her?

Did Trump really say what I suggest? Yes. As you can see from the “Truth” Social post above Trump said:

“Do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”

What does the Constitution say about that sort of thing? Article VI states:

“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States . . . shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

Of course, if you are free to just throw out “articles, even those found in the Constitution,” just willy-nilly because some social media company exercised biased moderation, presumably Article VI can be the first to go. The leading candidate in the Republican Party to be the next President of the United States just called for the “termination” of the Constitution of the United States. He really said exactly that.

And that’s just it. Imagine an America where an election loser is able to reverse his loss because he claims some media company, out of thousands of media companies, was biased against him. Elections would be meaningless and impossible, which is ultimately their goal here. If you doubt that check out this tweet, also in response to the Twitter disclosures from rare Muslim MAGA politician Shukri Abdirahman.

Combine Trump’s call for “termination” of the Constitution with that. What have you got? Well presumably their call for termination of the Constitution exempts, but conveniently only exempts, the 2d Amendment.
