In a letter to the County Sheriff, aimed at coordinating security, Fani Willis has stated that she will announce charging decisions for her investigation between July 11 and September 1. The letter also strongly suggests she is going to indict some big names by advising that Sheriff that the announcement may “provoke a significant public reaction” including “violence that will endanger the safety of our community.”
I doubt she would worry much about violence endangering the community if her decision was to not indict Trump.
