Michigan Referral Cites Possible Fraud To Justify Draft Trump Executive Order

Yesterday Jocelyn Benson, the Secretary of State for Michigan, submitted a letter to the 1/6 Committee providing further information related to the preparation of the fraudulent electoral college certificates signed by Republicans in the state. She described these counterfeit certificates as a “fraudulent affront to every voter in our state.”

And easy to read version of the letter can be viewed HERE.

Benson advises The Committee that an audio recording reveals the co-chair of the state’s Republican Party as stating that the Trump Campaign was behind the effort to submit the fraudulent electoral college certificates. That co-chair also signed one of the fraudulent electoral college certificates. In addition the scheme was hatched shortly after Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani testified to the Michigan legislature spreading their election lies.

The real interesting part is the 4th paragraph of the letter. It notes that the December 16 draft executive order to have the military seize all election machines relied heavily on a “debunked report” regarding Dominion voting machines. The question is who prepared that report, and for what purpose.

The draft EO does indeed begin with Trump declaring that he finds “that the forensic report of the AntrimCounty, Michigan voting machines, released December 13, 2020 [found] evidence of international and foreign interference in theNovember 3, 2020, election.” According to Trump’s draft EO:

Dominion Voting Systems and related companies are owned or heavily controlled and influenced by foreign agents, countries, and interests. The forensic report prepared by experts found that “the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.”

All of that is untrue, and Dominion has sued for defamation related to these lies. As stated, the question is who prepared this “report” that was to be the basis for destroying our democracy?

The Michigan Secretary of State advises The Committee that “unknown individuals had flown to Antrim to generate the report, and that Trump Campaign attorney Ellis told media that these were members of her team.” The paragraph concludes by suggesting that whether the report was prepared to create a pretext for the executive order should be investigated:

“What remains unclear is the extent to which the authors of the false report drafted it to lay the groundwork for the former president’s executive order, and if they did so at his direction or the direction of the campaign.”

The suggestion here is that Team Trump itself fabricated the very evidence it used in the executive order to justify the executive order. This is certainly consistent with Trump’s direction to high ranking Department of Justice officials to just say it was fraudulent and let us do the rest.

Did Trump have prepared what amounts to a “false flag”report to justify a military coup to stay in power? I don’t know, but it sure merits investigation.
