The dictionary defines bias as:

a particular tendency, trend, inclination, feeling, or opinion, especially one that is preconceived or unreasoned . . .

2. unreasonably hostile feelings or opinions about a social group;prejudice

Your argument is that the “bias” against Trump is earned based on experience and facts. The definition suggests that if a perception is earned and reasoned, then it is not a bias at all. Your own description suggests the media and intelligence community are not “biased” against Trump. Their perceptions are based on applying experience and facts. To do anything else would be irrational.
