The only case currently ripe for SC review is the 3d Circuit's decision in PA. I don't think Team Rudy has filed cert on that one.

Thing is there is no substantive issue for the SC to review in that case. The only issue appealed to the 3d Circuit was whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying them leave to file their their third complaint in the case. The relief, if Team Trump prevailed, granted by the SC would simply be to order remand the case back to the trial court directing him to allow them to amend their complaint and start the process all over again.
