This is so frustrating, in part because I have been patient in explaining it, and you still don't get it, or claim to not get it. You hear something, and act like that changed something. Nothing has changed. I'll just add this.

1. The illegal campaign contribution was Cohen's payment to Stormy Daniels, because it was done to help the campaign. Stop there. At the moment of that payment, before anything else happens, you have a crime. You have a crime that Cohen would later be indicted, convicted and jailed for.

2. Cohen was repaid for this expense out of funds characterized on Trump Organization books as business expenses for legal services. That characterization is the alleged business fraud. You can stop there again. Without anything further you have business fraud.

3. Trump's payment out of the "personal account" was his "personal account" for the business. The payment was still reflected on the corporate books as a business expense for legal services. Today, two different Trump Organization financial officers walked through all the DOCUMENTATION of this explaining how the payments were made and how they were reflected in corporate DOCUMENTS as business expenses for legal services.

4. I think it incredible that you would regard documentation of Cohen's conviction and confession (which of course the defense wants present to the jury because he was convicted, in part, for lying) as "hearsay." I doubt you even know what hearsay legally is, but even if one accepts Cohen's conviction records as hearsay it is admissible under the "public records" exception to the hearsay rule. Such exception expressly includes records "in criminal cases" and "factual findings resulting from an investigation made pursuant to authority granted by law." But mostly it is not hearsay when it is used to corroborate Cohen's own testimony that he was convicted for these crimes.
