Of all the insane things Trump has said, this is the most insane. Of all the dangerous things Trump has said, this is the most dangerous, even more so than his words that fomented an insurrection.
Today a reporter asked Trump if he agreed that if (as President) he ordered Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political opponent that he could not be prosecuted for it.Trump’s effective answer to that question was, “yes.” Trump responded that “a President has to have immunity.” Watch it for yourself.
There is of course a sitting President now. Imagine if Joe Biden said he could order the assassination of Trump and be free from prosecution.
The man literally thinks a President can get away with murder. Such a man must not be President.
