Lev Parnas is a close associate of Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani had lunch with him on the day Parnas was arrested at the airport attempting to flee the country. Parnas was indicted, charged with trying to illegally funnel money from Ukrainians into Trump’s Presidential Campaign. For those interested in Ukrainian scandals that already have indictments behind them.
Following his arrest, Parnas voluntarily turned over to investigators for the House of Representatives extensive documents including emails, texts, and notes. These documents further demonstrate the depraved depths of corruption directed by President Trump.
The document dump shows that Parnas, under the direction of Rudy Giuliani, had Marie Yavanovitch, the American ambassador to Ukraine, surveilled by still unknown shady characters. At least one of those involved in surveilling the American ambassador in Ukraine was a Trump-supporting Republican candidate for Congress named Robert Hyde. This retired Marine apparently had associates in Ukraine surveilling the American ambassador and he was reporting the information back to Parnas by text. Hyde’s rather chilling text comments include:
“They will let me know when she’s on the move… They are willing to help if you/we would like a price.”
Those who thought Yavanovitch’s statements that she feared for her life were overly dramatic need to reconsider. Details of his surveillance included evaluations of her security guards, and such things as: “Her phone is off. Computer is off.” For further context, other texts by Hyde refer to Yavanovitich as a “bitch.”

Prior to this, Hyde’s public comments were already some real gems that included a lewd suggestion about Kamala Harris and oral sex.
Yavanovitch has already called for a public investigation, stating:
“the notion that American citizens and others were monitoring [my] movements for unknown purposes is disturbing. We trust the appropriate authorities will conduct an appropriate investigation to determine what happened.”
I hope all will support a full investigation into why an American President was secretly having his personal attorney arrange to have an indicted criminal direct a Republican Congressional candidate have unknown shady characters stalk the United States Ambassador to Ukraine. Step up Republicans.
Former Ambassador Yavanovitch has already testified under oath. Parnas has not. Giuliani has not. Hyde has not. I don’t even have to mention Trump.
