In America, no one needs to be ‘exonerated’ from a suspicion.

You asserted “new evidence exonerated” Trump. That statement is false.

Could you provide a summary of which specific claims in the Steele dossier have been ‘corroborated’?

Specific phone calls between members of the Trump campaign and Russians detailed by Steele have been corroborated by U.S. intelligence agencies (because the Russians were tapped). This corroborated evidence served as the basis for the FISA warrant issued in regard to Carter Page.

Nothing has come remotely close to proving the ‘Muh Russia!’ assertions — the entire premise has been demonstrated to be without merit, baseless according to the known facts and motivated by a toxic partisan animus.

You don’t know what evidence the Special Prosecutor has. You at least should know that it was sufficient to convince a judge of probable cause for a search warrant of Paul Manafort’s home. It was also sufficient to produce a FISA warrant against Carter Page and Paul Manafort, which requires a judge to find probable cause of they were acting as foreign agents in a manner hostile to the United States.

Here’s some other things we know. We know Trump Jr. and Jared Kushner attended a meeting with Russians based on the promise that the highest levels of the Russian government wanted to help the Trump campaign by getting dirt on Hillary Clinton. We know Donald Trump himself made a suspect tweet suggesting he would get such dirt on Clinton within hours of that meeting. We know that six months after that meeting Trump Jr., flat out lied by denying anyone had Trump campaign related meetings with Russians or any meetings that were prearranged with Russians. We know Michael Flynn had meetings with Russians that he tried to conceal and that Trump tried to protect him by urging Comey to drop that investigation.

In fact, we know that Trump has repeatedly inappropriately acted to interfere with and obstruct this investigation to include firing investigators and trying to intimidate the investigators and potential witnesses.

These are all things we know and they amount to more than just partisan animus. It is really your kind of partisan animus that is attempting to protect Trump at this stage.

I say let’s see what Muellar comes up with.
