There is credible evidence that a FISA warrant was issued in October, unless you believe the reporting by BBC , McClatchy, and HeatSt all to be incorrect.
Not only did they not say that Trump phones were tapped, but they also have provided no credible evidence that anything was tapped. Today the Senate Intelligence Committee released a report stating “”based on the information available to us, we see no indications that Trump Tower was the subject of surveillance by any element of the United States government either before or after Election Day 2016.”
That seems pretty clear and it is more credible than Heatstreet.
